RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NOMINEES FOR
THE OFFICE OF T01;VN COUNCILMAN OF TflE
TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA TO BE ELECTED
AT THE SPECIAL TOWN ELECTION TO BE HELD
,-cTune 22, 1948, AND PROVIDING FOR THE
PREPARATION AND PRINTING OF BALLOTS FOR
SAID ELECTION.
WHEREAS, Petitions have been filed \rith the Town Clerk of
the To~n of Edgewater, Florida, to have the name of
~dw1n P. Fuller, Robert E. Fuller,
Frnnk J. Kiev and RandOlph C. Tnylor
placed on the ballot at the Special To~n election to be
held on cTune 22, 1948, for the office of member of the
To~n Council of said Tovm for the unexpired term of Felbert
F. Barker, who has resigned; and
WHEREAS, The said Petitions are in proper order and are
signed by the requisite number of qualified electors in said
ToVffi; NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TH~ TO\tIlN OF EDGE'vlfATER,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the names of

Robert E. Fuller. Frank J. Klep nnd Randolph C. Taylor
shall be placed on the official ballot as nominee for the
office of Town Councilman of the Town of Edgewater, Florida
for the unexpired term of.Felbert F. Barker, who has resigned

are hereby declared to be duly nominated for said office,
to be filled at the Special Tovm Election to be held on said

SECTION 2. That there shall be printed 800
official ballots, vdth two stubs at the top, ,nth per-
forations so that. both may be readily torn from the ballot,
upon unglazed vmite paper, for the use of the qualified electors
in the special To\m Election aforesaid, and that said official
ballot shall be in substantially the following form:

SECTION 3. That

Specimen
ballots shall also be printed for the inforraation of the
electors of said Town, which said Specimen ballots shall be
printed on colored paper and upon said Specimen ballots there
shall appear the heading "Specimen Ballot" instead of the words
"Official Ballot."
This Resolution was read in full and passed by the unanimous
vote of the Town Council of the Tovm of gdgewater, Florida at
its meeting held on the ~ day of June, A. D. 1948, t.he vote
of the Council being as
