WHEREAS, Petitions have been filed Vv-ith the Town Clerk of
the Tovm of Edgewater, Florida, to have the nam3 of

placed on the ballot at the Annual Tovm election to be

held on November 4, 1947, for the office of member of the
Town Council of said Town for the term b~ginning November
4, 1947; and

Town; NOW THEREFORE:

SECTION 1. That the names of Folbert F. Barkor nnd
Clyde L. Cox
shall be placed on the
official ballot as nominee for the office of To~m Councilman
of the Tovm of Edgewater, Florida for the term beginning
November 4, 1947,and the said
Folbort F. Barkor and
Clvdo L. Cox
are hereby declared to be
duly ~ominated for said office, to be fil18d at the Annual
Tovm Election to be held on said 4th day of November, 1947.

SECTION 2.
That there shall be printed

ballots, with two stubs at the top, ~Qth perforations so
that both may be readily torn from the ballot, upon unglazed
white paper, for the use of the qualified electors in the
annual Tovm Election aforesaid, and that said official ballot
shall be in substantially the following form:

electors of said Town, which said Specimen ballots shall be
printed on colored paper end upon said Specimen ballots there
shall appear the heading IISpecimen Ballotll instead of the vvords

This Resolution was read in full and passed by the unanimous
vote of the Town Council of the To~n of Edgewater, Florida at"
its meeting held on the 15th day of October, A. D. 1947, the
vote of the Council being as follows:
