RESOLUTION

WHEREAS Representative Thomas T. Cobb has rendered untiring
and invaluable service to the Tovm 0 l' Edgewater and has
passed, in the 1947 Legislature of t he State of Florida,
the legislation needed by the Town of Edgewater, Florida,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COiJNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater,
Florida, for and on behalf of the Town of Edgewater and its
people, does hereby express its gratitude and thanks to the
Hon. Thomas T. Cobb, Representative for Vo1usia County, Florida,
for his interest in and service to the To~m of Edgewater, and
its inhabitants, and for the passage of Senate Bills Nos. 517,
518 and 519 at the 1947 session of the Florida State Legislature.
SECTION 2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be trans-
mitted to the Honorable Thomas T. Cobb.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall t~ce effect immediately.
The above Resolution was read in full and passed by the unanimous
vote of the Tovm Council of the TOVlm of Edgewater, Florida,
at a regular meeting on the 23rd day of duly, A. D. 1947.
Upon Motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, t.he
requirement of reading said Resolution upon second reading was
waived, and this Resolution was ordered put upon its final
passage.

Passed by the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the To~~
of Edgewater, Florida, at ~ regular meeting of said Council
held this 23rd day of July, A. D. 1947, and approved as
provided by law, the vote of said Council on roll call being
as follows:
