A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE TOWN COtiNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, DULY .A1\JD
LEGALLY ORGANIZED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
LAW APPLI CABLE THERETO
WrlERK4S in accordance with the laws of the State
of Florida, and the Ordinances of the Town of Edgewater, Florida,
one councilman was duly elected as provid,ed by law for the Term
of Three years, at the annual election held in said Town on
being elected
has
duly taken
filed
same in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town, and has
done and performed all other requirsi tes for t he holding of
said office,
AND ViliEREPB the said Town Council and each of
the members thereof have performed all of their duties necessary
for the legal creation of said Council for the ensuing year, NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOVVN OF
EDGEWATER, FLORIDA:
That the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater,
Florida, consists of the following three

and the said Council is hereby declared to be legally
constituted and organized as such, to function and perform its
duties under and by virtue of the provisions of law of the State
of Florida, and the Charter and Ordinances of said TO\Vll, ~ertaining
thereto, for and during their respective terms of office, and the

said Town Council be and it is. hereby declared to be and con-
sist of the above named Councilman.
It was moved that the above and foregoing Resolution
introduced by Councilman ~ k~
and moved by
him accordingly be adopted, which motion was duly seconded by
Councilman a #~. and upon a Roll Call
vote being taken the sai Resolution was duly declared adopted at
the official organization meeting of said Council held the 6th
day of November, 1946, the vote of said Councilmen on said Roll
Call being as follows:
