RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NOMINEES
FOR THE OFFICE OF TO\VN COUNCIDvurn AND
TOWN CLERK OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA TO BE ELECTED AT THE ANImAL .Eovnr
ELECTIOH TO BE HELD NOVEMBER &, 1940-,
AND PROVIDING FOR THE PREPARATION AND
PRI~TING OF BALLOTS FOR SAID ELECTION.

WHEREAS, Petitions have been filed with the Town Clerk of
the Town of Edgewater, Florida, to have the name of
Robert E .Fuller. Grant A.Gonyeau,E.H .Lohmnn:
Henry S~nlnnker,Olen O.Matthews and A.R.Pntch
placed on the ballot at the Annual Town election to be
held on November 6, 1945, for the office of member of the
Town Council of said Town for the term beginning

November ,6, 194,5': and-for-the-office of Tovm Councilman
for the term of one- 'year, being for the balance of the un-
expired term of o. E. Southard; and
WHEREAS, Petitions likewise have been duly filed with said
Town Clerk to have the name of .Tames ]l.Godward
placed on the ballot for said election for the office of
Town Clerk of sEid Town; and

signed by the requisite number of qualified electors in said
Town; NOW, THEREFORE:

unexpired term of O. E. Southard.

office of Town Clerk of the Town of Edgewater, Florida for
