WHEREAS, Petitions have been filed with the Town Clerk of the Town of Edgewater, Florida, to have the name of Robert E .Fuller. Grant A.Gonyeau,E.H .Lohmnn: Henry S~nlnnker,Olen O.Matthews and A.R.Pntch placed on the ballot at the Annual Town election to be held on November 6, 1945, for the office of member of the Town Council of said Town for the term beginning C' G . November ,6, 194,5': and-for-the-office of Tovm Councilman for the term of one- 'year, being for the balance of the un- expired term of o. E. Southard; and WHEREAS, Petitions likewise have been duly filed with said Town Clerk to have the name of .Tames ]l.Godward placed on the ballot for said election for the office of Town Clerk of sEid Town; and WtlER~lill, The sbid Petitions are in proper order and are signed by the requisite number of qualified electors in said Town; NOW, THEREFORE: BE n.' E. Southard. SECTION 2.
