A UTEORIZING THE TRAlifER CF $13.15 FROM
ThE D~LINQUENT TnX FUND OF 7EE TOdN OF
EDGEd41.TE~l, FLORIDA, TO ThE GENERAL Fl.-1m

.lHE3EJ1.S The Delinquent Tax Fund of the Town of
Edgewater, Florida, contains the sum of $5.01 paid into said
fund for the redemption of Tax Sale Certificate No..727 of
the sale of June 3rd, 1929, and the sum of $2.01 for the re-
demption of Tax ~ale Certificate No. 635 of th~ sale of June
4th, 1928, and the sum of $6.13 for the redemption of Tax Sale
Certificate No. 724 of the sale of June 3rd, 1929, totalling
the sum of ~~13.15;
.AND dlIE~lE,AS said certificates IvE::re held by one
L. Schuyler, who is now deceased, and who left no known heirs
or personal representatives, and there is no known person to
whom said money can now be paid;
4'1.1ID lHEREAS as long as said money is carried in
the delinquent tax fund of' said town it is classed as a liability
thereof, and requires additional book entries and audit references
from year to year, and it has been recommended by the Town 'uditors
that said money be tranferred to the General Fund of said Town so
as to eliE,inate suid entries and said item as a liability;

That the Town Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
and directed to transfer the said sum of $13.&5 from the Delinquent
Tax Fund of said Town to the General b'und of said Town, and to
make the necessary entries in the records of said Town to carry
into effect this Resolution; and, that in the event that any
proper peraon or person be located or discovered to whom said money
may legally be paid, then and in that

and direction of tLe Town Council by proper motion duly passed
to that effect.

The above and foregoing lleso1utionlMas presented
by Councilman Bo.ilgy , who moved its adoption,
which fuotion was duly seconded by CouncilmanSouthnrd
and upon a roll call vote the same was passed and said
Resolution was duly declared adopted, at a regular meeting
of the Tovm Counc i1 of said Town held at the V. I. A. or Tovm
Hall in said Town, this 22nd day of Ma~h, A. D. 1944, the
vote of the Council being as follows:
