A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, DULY AND LEGALLY CONSTITUTED AND ORGANIZED UNDER TEE PRO- VISIONS OF LAW APPLICABLE THERtTO. WHEREAS in accord&nce with the laws of the State of Florida one councilman was duly and legally elected as provided by law to be Town Councilman ofthe Town of Edgewater, Florida, at the Annual Election held in said Town of Edgewater on the 2nd day of November, 193 7, and WHEREAS the said elected Councilman G •D . B art l e.} t_ has duly taken and subscribed his oath of office and has filed such oath in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town and has done and performed all other requisites to the hold- ing of his said office, and WHEREAS the said Town Council and each of the members thereof have performed all of their duties necessary to the legal creation of said Town Council, NO` THEREOORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TEE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.
