RESOLUTION.
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA, DULY AND
LEGALLY CONSTITUTED AND ORGANIZED UNDER TEE PRO-
VISIONS OF LAW APPLICABLE THERtTO.
WHEREAS in accord&nce with the laws of the State of Florida
one councilman was duly and legally elected as provided by
law to be Town Councilman ofthe Town of Edgewater, Florida,
at the Annual Election held in said Town of Edgewater on the
2nd day of November, 193 7, and
WHEREAS the said elected Councilman G •D . B art l e.} t_
has duly taken and subscribed his oath of office and has
filed such oath in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town
and has done and performed all other requisites to the hold-
ing of his said office, and
WHEREAS the said Town Council and each of the members thereof
have performed all of their duties necessary to the legal
creation of said Town Council, NO` THEREOORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TEE TOWN OF EDGEWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Town Council of the said Town of Edge-
water, Florida, consists of the following three members:

and the said Council is hereby declared to be legally and
regularly constituted and organized as such, to function and
perform its duties under and by virtue of the provisions of
the laws of the State of Florida and the Charter and Ordinances
of the said Town of Edgewater, Florida, pertaining thereto,
for and during their respective terms of office, and the said
Town Councii be and it is hereby declared to consist of the
said H. L. Haughton, Ralph Adams and C. 'J, art)

passed with the unanimous vote of the Town Council of the
Town of "dgewater, in regular session on the 2nd day of
November, 1937, the vote of the said Council being as
