Appointing Clerk & 3 Inspectors - Special Referendum Election - 10-19-1937 R E S O L U T I O Li N. A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A CLERK AND THREE INSPECTORS OF ELECTION FOR THE SPECIAL REFERENDUM ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA, ON TUESDAY THE 2nd DAY OF NOVEM- BER, A. D. 1937. WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Volusia County, Florida, did on the 29th day of September, A. D. 1937, order a Special Election to be held in the Town of Edgewater, Volusia County, Flori;?a, on the 2nd day of November, A. D. 1937, for the purpose of the approval or disapproval by the qualified electors of the said Town of Edgewater, Florida, of that certain Special Act of the Legislature of the State of Florida, passed at the Session of 1937, known as House Bill No. 1429, approved June 2nd, 1937; and WHEREAS, it is the duty of the said. Town Council to appoint four persons from the qualified electors of the said Torn, three of whom shall act as insoectDrs and one of whom shall act as clerk at said election; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN' COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER, VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA. G i b t-Of e R U and V t t 0 , each of whom are duly qualified electors of the Town of Edge- water, Volusia County, Florida, be and they are hereby severally appointed to act as Inspectors of the above mentioned Special Referendum Election to be held in said Town on the 2nd day of November, A. D. 1937. Section 2. That the above appointed Inspectors and Clerk shall conduct the said Special Referendum Election of said Town in conformity with the laws of the State of Florida, gov- erning General Elections in said State, and with the Ordinances of the Town of Edgewater, Florida.
