A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DEPOSITORY FOR Tine
FUNDS OF THE TOWN OF EDGE. ATER, VOLUSIA COU'ZTY,

l ; B , the Tovm Council of the Town of Edge-
water, Volusia County, Florida, was on the 16th
Day of ":Tovember. A.1. 1932 duly, regularly and
legally organized ,and,
W r,REAS , it is the duty of the ` own Council to
name and designate a depository or Bank, for
the custody of the Town' s Funds , naming the con-
ditions of said designation, NOW THEREFORE la
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF EDGE WATER, VOLUSIA COTT::TY, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That the First Atlantic National Bank
of Daytona Beach, Florida, be and they are hereby
designated to be the Official Depository for the funds
of the Town of Edgewater, Florida.
SECTION 2. That the said First Atlantic National
of Daytona Beach, Florida, furnish and they are
hereby required to furnish, a security or guarantB
of the payment to the Taws of Edgewater, upon demand,
of any and all Money or funds deposited in the said
First Atlantic National Bank, of Daytona Beach, Flo-
rida. ,such security to be in the full coverage of the
amount or sum of money on deposit in the said Bank,
at all times, such security to be acceptable to and
approved by the Town Council of the Town of Edgewater,
Florida,
SECTION 3. Provided that the tender to the Town of
Edgewater, through its Clerk, of Certificate of Dep-
osit of collateral Bonds or other securities in the
amount necessary to protect the Town against loss ,
for any cause whatsoever, shall be deemed sufficient,
such securities subject to the final acceptance and
approval by the Town Council, of said Town.

SECTION 4. All resolutions in conflict with this
Resolution are hereby repealed and made void and
of now effect.
The aboge and foregoing Resolution was introduced
on this Third Day of Liay A.D. 1933, by Councilman
H.P .Vilkinson, who moved its adoption, which was
seconded by Councilman 3.3..Francis , the roll call
vote for adoption being as follows:
