Letter was read from Walter H. Knapp, resigning from the Zoning and
Planning Board, because of moving to DeLand.
Letter was read from Magnuson Properties, Inc. to register objections
to the proposed ditch being constructed between the Florida Shores
canal and land outside the subdivision to the north.

Bni1ding Inspector's report for the month of June was read.

There were no comments on the Magnuson Properties, Inc. letter.
Nml BUSINESS
Councilman Armstrong made a motion that Walter Knapp's resignation
from the Zoning and Planning Board be accepted with regrets, seconded
by Councilman Smith and by vote CARRIED.
Councilman Armstrong reconnnended I-Ir. O. N. Long as a member of the
Zoning and Planning Board, to replace Mr. Walter Knapp in District
Four. Attorney Chisholm. is to be instructed to prepare an Ordinance
on this appointment for the next regular meeting.
There being no further business Councilman Armstrong moved we do now
adjourn, seconded by Councilman Smith and by vote CARRIED.
