Broga, resigning from the Zoning and Planning Board. Letter from property owners in Edgewater Acres commending Councilman Smith for his effective work. Letter from Secretary of the Edge- water Volunteer Fire Department advising of changes in the roster. OFFICERS REPORT The Clerk read the Police report for the Month of February, 1960. RESOLUTIONS l\one ORDINAl-;CES None v v u J OLD BUSIlIJ"ESS None NEvI BUSINESS Letter of Resignation. Motion duly made by Councilman Maler the resignation of Harry W. Broga, be accepted with regrets, seconded by Councilman Seng and by vote CARBIED. Hayor Shaeffer ask Councilman Haler if he had someone in mind to appoint in Mr. Broga's place and he answered he did not, but would find someone. There was nothing to report from any of the COlli~cilmen. Mayor Shaeffer stated there had been lots of work due to the amount of rain, but we were very for- tunate in not having any more damage then we have. I, myself made an inspection tour of the City today and I find very little water remaining. Mr. Ketchanl ask if there was any further development in lowering the culvert under the FEC Ry. Mayor Shaeffer stated there was not. Hrs. Murton ask to have some rubbish taken ai'lay. There being no further business Councilman Seng moved we do now adjourn, seconded by Councilman Armstrong and by vote CARRIED. Time
