78-O-3. v ORDINANCE NO. %0 -D -3 ,-INWY- �a P AN ORDINANCE ASSIGNING THE R-2A ZONING CLASSIFICATION TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY FRANK AND MARY HALL, HIS WIFE, o 2Y m WHICH HAS PREVIOUSLY BEEN ANNEXED INTO D THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: REPEALING o m 0 ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND SSW 1 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of Edgewater, Florida has previously annexed certain real property owned by Frank and Mary Hall, his wife, and WHEREAS, the City of Edgewater, Florida has previously amended Ordinance 880 to add an additional zoning classification of R-2A, and WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of the City of Edgewater, Florida has previously voted to assign the R-2A zoning classification to the real property owned by Frank and Mary Hall, his wife. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA: SECTION I. That the R-2A zoning classification is hereby assigned to the real property as described in exhibit A attached hereto and made a part of this Ordinance. SECTION 2: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and all Re- solutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council and approval as provided by law. SECTION 4: The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise this Or- dinance as required by law. The first reading of the above Ordinance was read in full and passed by a vote of the City Council of the City of Edgewater, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Council held on the - day of November, 1978, and approved as provided by law.
