Chairman May reported that as the Board had requested at the August 6th meeting, he

A motion was made by Mr. Hester, seconded by Mr. E~ that
the Board recommend to the Mayor that the New SmYrna Beach News be used for all its
legal notices as it is a local paper with local people ( state law says, one with
general circulation in the area). The motion carried.
A brief discussion regarding two complaints made to members of
the Board about a Printing Press running on Riverside Drive contra~ to a zoning
ordinance resulted in the decision that the proper steps in checking and enforcement
of such complaints had already been referred to Mr. La. Bonde, building inspector, and
was not a part of the duties of the zoning and planning Board in any case. On motion
of Mr. Matthews, seconded by Mr. Mosher the meeting adjourned at 8:45 P. M.
