' Ji:.'j -4'" Letter was read from' Ralph Goberna, Magnuson Corp. requesting that rezoning matter be discussed early at Public Hearing on ]'eb 11, 1974. No Discussion. Road paving & resealing study: No final action was taken. It was generally decided to continue study through next regular' meeting. Zoning n~p update: It was generally decided to continue this work at a special meeting on Feb 25, 1974. I 1 I I i ! } Water & Sewer Rate Study: Proposed changes were submitted to Board members by James Mackie for study. Motion was made b~ Thomas Loveland to hold a special workshop to study this matter. Second by L.E. Harris And All were in favor (9-0). Meeting to be held on l!'eb 25, 1974 at 7 :30 PM. There was a discussion of the Possibility of the City aaquiring land at the north end of the City frgm the State. This matter was presented by ,Thomas Loveland 'who also recommended that the City fathers sh6uld look into this possibility. The land is along the river. ~ . I I I. ~ A discussion followed concerning the issuance of non conforming building permits by the City and the poss- ibility of confusion in the immediate future. A motion was made by Thomas Loveland and seconded by L.E. Harris that the Board recommend to the City that any new construction building permit requests othe~ than individual residential be re~erred to the Zo~ng & Planning Board for the next 60 days or until such . time as this Board-'s Land Use Map restudy is complete. Motion carried (7-0). . \. l' ~. Discussion of the City crews mowing lots generated a Motion by Ray Shambora that tha City adopt a Minimum charge of $50.00 plus labor costs for this service.
