I. FINDINGS OF FACT

2. That on April 3, 2019, the Edgewater Special Magistrate issued an order finding the
Respondeniinviolation ofthe same section.
3. That on February 6, 2024, said [ode Enforcement Officer notified the above -
captioned individual of said violations.
4. That the Code Enforcement Officer, through its clerical staff, scheduled a hearing
and written notice ofsuch hearing was hand -delivered, mailed, or posted as provided
by Section 162.12, Florida Statute.
5. That on M rch 14, 2024, a hearing was held pursuant to Section 163.07, Florida
Statute.
6. That on basis of the testimony at the hearing on March 14, 2024, this Special
Magistrate found the'following conditions existed at the abovc'dekribcd property.

II. CONCLUSION OF LAW
7. Between February 6. 2024, and March 14, 2024,, the above -captioned
and/or entity has violated the following Sections of the City Code: Sec
Parking Easements / Right of Way.
III. ORDER
8. It is the Order of the Special Magistrate that the above -captioned individual ar
entity shall take such action as is necessary to come into compliance with the
Code.
9. It is the further Order of the Special Magistrate that the above -captioned individual
and/or entity shall be subject to a fine up to $200.00 per day for each and every day
the said violation(s) continues past March 24. 2024,. or until further order of this
Special Magistrate.
10. It is the further Order of the Special Magistrate that Bruce G Sovereign and/or entity,
upon complying shall notify the Code Enforcement Officer, who shall mak$ an
Inspection and notify the Special Magistrate whether the above -captioned individual
has come into compliance with the City Code.
11. The respondent is subject to a citation Fine of $150,00,
