APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Mr. Maroney, second by Mr. Duane, to approve the Minutes of the February 9,2022 meeting. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote: Yes: 6- Albert Amalfitano,Robert Andrejkovics,Thomas Duane,George Kennedy,Burton Maroney and Paul Wright Absent: 1- Eric Rainbird a. Regular Meeting February 9,2022 3. OLD BUSINESS-PUBLIC HEARING 4. NEW BUSINESS-PUBLIC HEARING a. AN-2201 - Joseph Smith, requesting annexation of .32f acres of land located at 153 N. Cory Drive Mr.Lear provided a staff report and recommendation. Chairman Kennedy opened and closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Mr. Amalfitano, second by Mr. Wright, to recommend for approval Item AN-2201. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote: Yes: 6- Albert Amalfitano,Robert Andrejkovics,Thomas Duane,George Kennedy,Burton Maroney and Paul Wright Absent: 1- Eric Rainbird b. RZ-2201 - Joseph Smith, requesting an amendment to the Official Zoning Map to include .32f acres of land located at 153 N. Cory Drive as R-3 (Single Family Residential) Mr.Lear provided a staff report and recommendation. Chairman Kennedy opened and closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Mr. Maroney, second by Mr. Amalfitano, to recommend for approval Item RZ-2201. Chairman Kennedy opened and closed public hearing. A motion was made by Mr. Andrejkovics, second by Mr. Maroney, to approve Item VA-2131. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote: Yes: 6- Albert Amalfitano,Robert Andrejkovics,Thomas Duane,George Kennedy,Burton Maroney and Paul Wright Absent: 1- Eric Rainbird C. VA-2201 - William Weaver, requesting a variance from the Land Development Code for property located at 2611 Guava Drive. Mr.Lear provided a staff report and recommendation. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote: Yes: 6- Albert Amalfitano,Robert Andrejkovics,Thomas Duane,George Kennedy,Burton Maroney and Paul Wright Absent: 1- Eric Rainbird f. VA-2202 - Richard Hartman requesting variances from the Land Development Code for property located at 209 North Riverside Drive. Mr.Lear provided a staff report and recommendation. Chairman Kennedy opened the public hearing. Mr. Maroney asked Mr. Lear if it is appropriate to approve with condition of the stormwater approval. Mr. Lear stated that Environmental Services has to sign off before a permit can be issued and it is ok to make a motion with conditions. Chairman Kennedy closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Mr. Amalfitano, second by Mr. Maroney, to approve with the condition that the City Staff approves the stormwater planfor Item VA-2202. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote: Yes: 6- Albert Amalfitano,Robert Andrejkovics,Thomas Duane,George Kennedy,Burton Maroney and Paul Wright Absent: 1- Eric Rainbird g. VA-2203 - Brian Lee requesting variances from the Land Development Code for property located at 211North Riverside Drive. Mr.Lear provided a staff report and recommendation. Chairman Kennedy opened the public meeting. Chairman Kennedy asked why this variance lapsed. Mr. Lear stated due to supply issues. Chairman Kennedy closed the public meeting. A motion was made by Mr. Maroney, second by Mr. Amalfitano, to approve with the condition that stormwater plans were met and approved by City Staff for Item VA-2203.
