As a result of a false alarm that occurred on April 12, 2024 at the above -listed address, the City became aware of failure to
register the alarm system, therefore, the City hereby claims a lien in the amount of FIFTY AND 00/100 dollars (550.00) plus
any recording fees, foreclosure costs, attorney's fees and simple interest in the amount of eight (8) % per annum from the date
this lien is filed. Such lien shall be prior to all other liens on such property except the lien of state, county, and municipal taxes
and shall be on a parity with the lien of such state, county and municipal taxes.

We became aware of an alarm system at your location due to a recent false
alarm, You are, hereby notified that to have an alarm system in Edgewater it
must be registered with the City. The cost to register an existing alarm is $50.00.
All new alarms can be registered at no charge provided the application is
submitted within 30days from the installation date, If there is no longer an alarm
at Your location: please inform our office of that as well.
Pursuant to Edgewater Resolution No. 2020-R-21, you are hereby assessed a
fee of 350.00. if this is a new installation, please provide the City Clerk's office
with your alarm permit application and a copy of the installation cerfificate. If the
payment is not received within thirty days of the date of this letter, a lien will be
