created in favor of the City of Edgewater:

"The record owners are Paul Barr, 3027 Umbrella Tree Drive, Edgewater, Florida 32141. As
a result ofa false alarm that occurred on June 16,2005, the City became aware of failure to acquire
an alarm permit, therefore, the amount of twenty-five and 00/1 00 dollars ($25.00) plus any recording
fees, foreclosure costs, attorney's fees and simple interest in the amount of eight (8) percent per
annum from the date this lien is filed. Such lien shall be prior to all other liens on such property
except the lien of state, county, and municipal taxes and shall be on a parity with the lien of such
state, county and municipal taxes.

You are hereby notified that to have an alarm system in Edgewater it must be
registered with the City. The cost to register an existing alarm is $25.00. All new
alarms can be registered at no charge provided the application is submitted
within 30 days from the installation date.
Pursuant to Edgewater Resolution No. 94-R-05, you are hereby assessed a fee
of $25.00. If this is a new installation, please provide the City Clerk's office with
your alarm permit application and a copy of the installation certificate. If the
payment is not received within thirty days of the date of this letter, a lien will be
recorded. Payment may be mailed to the City Clerk, P.O. Box 100 Edgewater,
FL 32132-0100 or delivered to 104 N. Riverside Drive. The cut off portion of
the letter below must be included with the payment. If you have any questions,
please call (386) 424-2407.
If you believe the alarm was not an alarm as defined in Section 12-61
Edgewater Code of Ordinances, you may appeal that decision to the Citizens
Code Enforcement Board, (386)424-2414, pursuant to Section 12-67,
Edgewater Code of Ordinances.

NARRATIVE
I was dispatched to 3027 Sabal Palm Dr after Security Center reported a residential alarm.
I arrived on scene to find the exterior of the home secure. A request was made for a key holder to respond so the interior of the home
could be checked. No responder information was provided by Security Center.
There is a possibility this alarm may be weather related due to a brief storm with rain and thunder traveling through the area. There were
no other alarms in the area during or after the storm. There is no alarm permit sticker displayed on the home. An alarm permit application
was left at the residence. Documentation only.
