The record owner is Tracy L. Page[2206 Silver Ealm Drive,,.ggglwater, FL 32141. As a
result of a false alarm that occurred on November 25, 2004, the City became aware of failure to
acquire an alarm permit, therefore, the amount of twenty- five and 00/1 00 dollars ($25.00) plus any
recording fees, foreclosure costs, attorney's fees and simple interest in the amount of eight (8) percent
per annum from the date this lien is filed. Such lien shall be prior to all other liens on such property
except the lien of state, county, and municipal taxes and shall be on a parity with the lien of such
state, county and municipal taxes.

You are hereby notified that to have an alarm system in Edgewater it must be
registered with the City. The cost to register an existing alarm is $25.00. All
new alarms can be registered at no charge provided the application is
submitted within 30 days from the installation date.
Pursuant to Edgewater Resolution No. 94-R-05, you are hereby assessed a fee
of $25.00. If this is a new installation, please provide the City Clerk's office with
your alarm permit application and a copy of the installation certificate. If the
payment is not received within thirty days of the date of this letter, a lien will be
recorded. Payment may be mailed to the City Clerk, P.O. Box 100 Edgewater,
FL 32132-0100 or delivered to 104 N. Riverside Drive. The cut off portion of
the letter below must be included with the payment. .
If you believe the alarm was not an alarm as defined in Section 12-61
Edgewater Code of Ordinances, you may appeal that decision to the Citizens
Code Enforcement Board, (386)424-2414, pursuant to Section 12-67,
Edgewater Code of Ordinances. .

On the listed date and time, I Officer Ball responded to 2206 Silver Palm Drive in regards to a reported audible residential alarm.
At arrival,I conducted an exterior check of the doors and windows and found the residence to be secure.
RCC Dispatch had attempted to make contact with the home owner,Tracy Page with negative results.
No further action.
