Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12-67, Code of Ordinances, City of Edge water, Florida,
a lien against the following described real property located in Volusia County, Florida is hereby
created in favor of the City of Edgewater:
Lots 6746 & 6747, Blk 219, Florida Shores No.7, MB 23, PGS 117
& 118, per OR 4326, PG 2098 (Property Location:~O~6A.;::.Guava~
Drive) (Parcel #8402-01-06-7460).
The record owners are Michael A. Cianciarulo, 225 Lake Winnemissett Drive, DeLand,
Florida 32724. As a result of a false alarm that occurred on July 31, 2005, the City became aware
of failure to acquire an alarm permit, therefore, the amount of twenty-five and 00/1 00 dollars
($25.00) plus any recording fees, foreclosure costs, attorney's fees and simple interest in the amount
of eight (8) percent per annum from the date this lien is filed. Such lien shall be prior to all other
liens on such property except the lien of state, county, and municipal taxes and shall be on a parity
with the lien of such state, county and municipal taxes.

You are hereby notified that to have an alarm system in Edgewater it must be
registered with the City. The cost to register an existing alarm is $25.00. All new
alarms can be registered at no charge provided the application is submitted
within 30 days from the installation date.
Pursuant to Edgewater Resolution No. 94-R-05, you are hereby assessed a fee
of $25.00. If this is a new installation, please provide the City Clerk's office with
your alarm permit application and a copy of the installation certificate. If the
payment is not received within thirty days of the date of this letter, a lien will be
recorded. Payment may be mailed to the City Clerk, P.O. Box 100 Edgewater,
FL 32132-0100 or delivered to 104 N. Riverside Drive. The cut off portion of
the letter below must be included with the payment. If you have any questions,
please call (386) 424-2407.
If you believe the alarm was not an alarm as defined in Section 12-61
Edgewater Code of Ordinances, you may appeal that decision to the Citizens
Code Enforcement Board, (386)424-2414, pursuant to Section 12-67,
Edgewater Code of Ordinances.

There was no responder available. I was unable to locate an alarm permit number,therefore an Edgewater Alarm permit application was
