In accordance with Chapter 197 of the Florida Statutes, the above - listed property was
sold at public auction on FEBRUARY 8, 2011. After the reimbursement of certain expenses,
there remains excess funds in the amount of $12.22. This office will hold these surplus funds for
a period of ninety (90) days from the date of this notice for the benefit of parties having an
interest in this property. In accordance with Florida Statutes, these surplus funds may be subject
to a service charge prior to disbursement.
Attached is a copy of the abstract of this property received from the office of the tax
collector reflecting all such parties as described in section 197.502(4), Florida Statutes, having an
interest in the subject property. The surplus funds will be used to satisfy, to the fullest extent
possible, all governmental liens in the property, followed by each senior mortgage or lien in the
property, before distribution of any funds to any junior mortgage or lien. Any valid lien in the
property is entitled to payment before any payment is made to the titleholder of record.
To be considered for distribution of these funds, you must submit a notarized statement
of claim along with evidence supporting the validity of your claim. With respect to liens, the
statement of claim should detail the particulars of your lien and should include the total amount
now due. A copy of this notice and a completed Internal Revenue Service Form W -9 must
