TIDS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Citizen Code Enforcement Board (the
"Board") on October 11. 2007 . after due notice of noncompliance to the Respondent. The Board,
after having heard ,testimony under oath, received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any),
the Petitioner 0 being _ not being present, thereupon finds as follows:
1. The Respondent is the owner of the property described as follow:

1. Approve the cutting of the grass by City stafffor the above stated property if the
violation is not corrected by the property owner by October 12.2007 and for a
lien to be placed on the property.
