Special Magistrate Jacob Schumer called the meeting to order at 2: 00 pm.

Special Magistrate Jacob Schumer approved the minutes of the January 11, 2024 meeting

February 2, 2024. Supervisor San Miguel presented the case and was unable to perform the
re -inspection prior to the hearing. Special Magistrate Schumer upheld the Staff Recommendations.

and stated that the property is in compliance. Special Magistrate Schumer found that the property
was in violation, but is now in compliance and reduced both citations to $50.00 for a total of
$100.00.

Charles George admitted hat the property was in violation. Officer Robert Hazelwood presented the
case. The property is in compliance, but Charles George wanted to discuss permanent options. Code
officer advised Mr. George of options and to speak tot he building department. Special Magistrate
Schumer found the property in compliance and upheld the Staff Recommendations.
Special Magistrate Jacob Schumer reviewed the below cases and concluded after reviewing the cases
that no one was present for the read cases. Pursuant to Section 10-348 and 10-345 subparagraph
ClI of the Code of Ordinance and the statement that appears on the respective citation issued that
failure to appear at the hearing means the alleged violator has waived any right to contest the
violation(s) and that an order can be made for the maximum applicable penalties that include but are
not limited to administrative costs, fines, daily fines and liens. Special Magistrate Jacob Schumer
finds the below properties in violation of the said Section(s) and orders the staff recommendations.
