Riverside Drive Edgewater, FL 32132 Council Chambers Present 7 - Diezel DePew, Charlotte Gillis, Gigi Bennington, Board Member Gigi Bennington, Debbie Dolbow, Jonah Powers and Board Member Jonah Powers Also Present 3 - Glenn Irby, CRA Coordinator Samantha Bergeron and City Clerk Bonnie Zlomik 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES None at this time 3. OLD BUSINESS -PUBLIC HEARING None at this time 4. NEW BUSINESS - PUBLIC HEARING a. Resolution 2023 -CRA -01 Adopting Preliminary Proposed CRA Budget for Fiscal Year 2023 - 2024 Ms. Bergeron read the Resolution into the record. Ms. Bergeron provided a staff report, including details of the proposed budget, and recommendation. Chairman Depew opened the public hearing. Mr. Powers asked for clarification of the other CRA projects not identified in the proposed budget. Ms. Bergeron identified some of those projects and stated that others are not yet confirmed. Ms. Gillis asked if the of fordable housing would roll over. Ms. Bergeron identified a redevelopment project that would utilize the money budgeted for affordable housing. There being no further discussion Chairman Depew closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Mr. Powers, second by Ms. Bennington, to approve Resolution No. 2023 -CRA -01. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Diezel DePew, Charlotte Gillis, Gigi Bennington, Gigi Bennington, Debbie Dolbow, Jonah Powers and Jonah Powers b. Small Scale Improvement Request for Reimbursement - Shushanna Tamman - 103 E. Chairman Depew opened and closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Mr. Powers, second by Ms. Gillis, to approve the 50% matching reimbursement of $5,000 to Shushanna Tamman, property owner of 103 E. Connecticut Avenue in Edgewater, Florida. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Diezel DePew, Charlotte Gillis, Gigi Bennington, Gigi Bennington, Debbie Dolbow, Jonah Powers and Jonah Powers C. Medium Scale Facade Improvement Grant Reimbursement Request - Earl Tingle - 107-111 N. Ridgewood Avenue Ms. Bergeron provided a staff report and recommendation. Chairman Depew opened the public hearing. Mr. Powers asked if this was the_first medium scale grant; Ms. Bergeron replied it was. There being no./urther discussion, Chairman Depew closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Mr. Powers, second by Ms. Bennington, to approve the 50% matching reimbursement of $22,225.34 to Earl Tingle, owner of 107, 109, and 111 N. Ridgewood Avenue Edgewater, Florida. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Diezel DePew, Charlotte Gillis, Gigi Bennington, Gigi Bennington, Debbie Dolbow, Jonah Powers and Jonah Powers 5. DISCUSSION ITEMS a.
