City Attorney Ansay informed them they would be going over
to the Conference Room in Darren Lear's office because the
one in City Hall was under construction. Since they have a
City Council meeting following this meeting it is easier to
go over there in case people come in early they won't have
to have someone guarding the door. When they are done they
will return to the Community Center.
The meeting recessed at 5:03 p.m. for the Council to go
into the closed session.
The Council returned to the Community Center and the
Executive Session was closed.
ADJOURNMENT

closed at 6:05 p.m.
