(cont.) OCA: 0811-0283 Edgewater Police Department Page 3 NARRATIVE On November 22,2008 at 2:01 P.M. I was dispatched to 2740 Date Palm Drive,in regards to a residential alarm.Operator 509 from Royal Electronics advised the Regional Communication Center a front door alarm had been activated. I arrived and made contact with Nancy Garvin,who stated the residence belonged to her Daughter,Lashonda Miller.Nancy advised me Lashonda was out of town and she was watching the house. Nancy said she accidentally activated the alarm and did not know how to turn it off. The Regional Communication Center advised me Royal Electronics contacted them again and stated Nancy was allowed to be at the residence. I confirmed Nancy's identification using a Florida driver's license. There was no alarm permit on the residence.This report was not weather related. No further information.
