CU -2302: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for outdoor storage within a
shipping container within the B-3, Highway Commercial zoning district for the property at
240 N. Ridgewood Avenue.

VA -2325: Request for a variance from Section 21-50.02, Table V-1 to allow a rear
setback of 6.48 feet in lieu of the 20' setback within the R-2 Zoning district and to allow
a maximum building coverage of 40 percent in lieu of 30% for the installation of a 288
square foot (12' x 24') shed for the property at 3222 Willow Oak Drive.

VA -2326: Request for a variance to allow a front setback of 14.6 feet in lieu of the
requirement of 25 feet and to allow a maximum building coverage of 43 percent in lieu
of the requirement of 30 percent within the MH -2 zoning district according to Article V,
Section 21-50.02, Table V-1 for the property at 711 Charter Lane.
