AN -0601 — Sid Peterson, requesting annexation of approximately 79.18± acres of land located south of the Taylor Road and Glencoe Road intersection. Continued from the October 11, 2006 meeting. b. AN -0602 — Omer & Paulette Stull, requesting annexation of approximately 20.281 acres of land located north of 27 Street and south of the Majestic Oaks subdivision. Continued from the October 11, 2006 meeting. 5. NEW BUSINESS- PUBLIC HEARING a. CPA -0619 - Diocese of Orlando requesting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to include 9.97± acres of land located at 2310 S. Ridgewood Avenue, west of Pelican Drive as Commercial. b. RZ -0619 — Diocese of Orlando requesting an amendment to the Official Zoning Map to include 9.97± acres of land located at 2310 S. Ridgewood Avenue, west of Pelican Drive as B -3 (Highway Commercial). c. CPA -0601 — Sid C. Peterson, Jr. requesting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to include 79.18± acres of land located south of Glencoe Road and Taylor Road as Medium Density Residential with Conservation Overlay. d. RZ -0601 — Sid C. Peterson, Jr. requesting an amendment to the Official Zoning Map to include 79.18± acres of land located south of Glencoe Road and Taylor Road as RPUD (Residential Planned Unit Development) and approval of the associated RPUD Agreement. e. CPA -0618 — Glenn D. Storch requesting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to include 20.28± acres of land located north of 27 Street and south of the Majestic Oaks subdivision as Low Density Residential with Conservation Overlay. f. RZ -0616 — Glenn D.
