THIS CAUSE came before the City of Edgewater Citizen Code Enforcement Board (the "Board") on July 10. 2008. after due notice of noncompliance to the Respondent. The Board, after having heard testimony under oath, received evidence and heard arguments of counsel (if any), the Petitioner 0 being X not being present, thereupon finds as follows: 1. There previously existed a violation of Section(s) 21-34.06 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Edgewater. 3. This violation will be considered a repeat violation in the future. 4. This violation was corrected on or before Julv 10,2008. Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. You, James R. & Kristen Vanhoey. have been found in violation of Section(s) 21-34.06 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Edge water, Florida, and the Board has waived the citation fee of Seventy-five and No cents 00/100 dollars ($ 75.00) which is considered an admission of the commission of the violation. 2. A certified copy of this order may be recorded in the Public Records of V olusia County, Florida, and any additional unpaid fees shall constitute a lien against the above-described property and upon any other real property or personal property owned by the Respondent, pursuant to Section 162.08 and 162.09, Florida Statute. 3.
