CPA-0612 - Tom Valley, requesting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to include 1.1:1: acres of land located west of US Highway 1, north of Pearl Street as Medium Density Residential. h. CPA-0611 - Tom Valley, requesting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to include 3.67:1: acres of land located east of Old County Road, north of Pearl Street as Medium Density Residential. 1.
