a. AN-0602 - Orner & Paulette Stull, requesting annexation of approximately 20.28 acres of
land located north of 27th Street and south of the Majestic Oaks subdivision. Continue to
the August 9,2006 meeting.
b. V A-0602 - Allan P. Chow, requesting a variance from Article V of the Land Development
Code for property located within the 2300 block of Guava Drive. Continue to the August
9, 2006 meeting,
