REGULAR MEETING

CALL TO ORDER:
Chairwoman, Maureen Borner called to order the regular meeting of
the Citizens Code Enforcement Board at 7:00 p.m., Thursday,
Ap r i I 18, 1991.
ROLL CALL:
Members present were Mr. Christian, Mr. Lange, Mr. Cowan, Mrs.
Cucanich, and Chairwoman Borner. Mr. Kozlowski and Mrs. Strong
were excused. Also present were Char lane Runge, Code
Enforcement/Safety Director and Sondra ~Ieager-Pengov, Secretary.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mr. Cowan made a motion to approve the minutes of March 21,
1991. Seconded by Mr. Christian. Motion CARRIED 4-0.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Anyone with statements or comments regarding a case were asked to
stand to be sworn in.
Case #91-CC-021. #91-CC-023. #91-CC-025
these cases now in compliance.

Runge reported
Mr. Christian made a motion to accept Ms. Runge's findings that
these cases are in compliance. Seconded by Mr. Lange. Motion
CARRIED 4-0.
NEW BUSINESS:
Code Enforcement Officer, Charlane Runge reported the following
cases withdrawn and signed in compliance:

A motion was made by Mr. Lange and seconded by Mr. Cowan to
accept the Code Enforcement Officer's in compliance violations.
Motion CARRIED 4-0.
Case #91-CC-038 - Teetz c/o Duckworth - Inoperable red vehicle in
back yard. Section 10-64. Ms. Runge requested this case be
continued to next meeting (May 16, 1991) as they did not have
ample time in which to comply. Mr. Lange made a motion to
continue the case to the May 16, 1991 meeting. Seconded by Mr.
Christian. Motion CARRIED 4-0.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
The board discussed having a special meeting to vote for Chairman
and Vice Chairman so as to have a majority of the members
present. Mr. Cowan made a motion to schedule a special meeting
May 2, 1991. Seconded by Mr. Lange. Motion CARRIED 4-0.
