UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Pending case #90-CC-109, Volusia Tire Service was reported by Mr.

Upon Mr. Di Leva and Mr. and Mrs. Duckworth being sworn in Mr. Di
Leva asked Mr. Duckworth why he hasn't corrected the violation.

suggested various places that the vehicle may be stored or
possibly have a motor. Mr. Duckworth stated he had found one
motor to purchase, but the price was too high.
Mr. Christian made a motion to extend the time to January 31,
1991, if the violation is not corrected by January 31, 1991, a
fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00) per day will be imposed
starting February 1, 1991. Motion seconded by Mr. Cowan. Motion
CARRIED 6-0.
