the case. He stated that he had spoken to the owners (Mr. & Mrs.
Duckworth) regarding the truck and they have now put tires and a
hood on the truck. Mr. Di Leva passed before and after pictures
to the Board.
Mr. Duckworth then spoke on his own behalf and explained he
plans to put a motor in the truck for use of transporting tires
to clients. As yet he hasn't been able to locate an appropriate
motor. Mr. Duckworth also stated that he plans to put a fence
around the property.
The Board members questioned Mr. Duckworth on the type of motor
he is looking for and why it was taking so long to locate one.
Mr. Duckworth said he is looking for a used International motor
and they are not easy to come by. He requested additional time
in which to locate a motor.
Mr. Di Leva stated to the Board that with the tires and hood now
on the truck, its appearance is much better and it's not
noticeable that there is no motor. He suggested the Board give
Mr. Duckworth additional time to locate a motor.
