CALL TO ORDER:
Vice Chairwoman, Joan Strong, called to order a regular meeting
of the Citizens Code Enforcement Board at 7:00 p.m., Thursday,
Ap r i 1, 19 , 1990 .

~\l+t. A."'Q.U."L~ Enforcement /Safety Di rec tor and Sondr a Meager-Pengov, Secretary.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mrs. Strong moved to accept the minutes of March 13, 1990 as
presented. Seconded by Mr. Cowan. Motion CARRIED 5-0.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Case #90-CC-022 Meadow Lake, Coleman Construction Company-
Illegal sign and flags in right-of-way. Mr. Di Leva reported the
violation has been corrected and is now in compliance.
NEW BUSINESS:
Mr. Di Leva reported Case #'s 90-CC-040, 90-CC-041 and 90-CC-042
have been found in compliance.
Case # 90-CC-043 - Richard R. Kemp - Cut logs left on property.
The Police Department was unable to serve the subpoena. The
subpoena will be re-issued.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
Mr. Lange made a motion

CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER COMMENTS:
Mr. Di Leva discussed with the Board, that the Code of Ordinances
must be followed by everyone.
ADJ'OURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the Board a motion
was made and accepted to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 7:20
p.m.
