REGULAR MEETING
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 1989
7:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairwoman, Maureen Borner, called to order a regular meeting of
the Citizens Code Enforcement Board at 7:00 p.m., Thursday,
November 16, 1989, in the Community Center of City Hall.
ROLL CALL:
Members present were Mrs. Cucanich, Mr. Kozlowski, Mrs.
Adle,excused, Mrs. Strong, Mr. Christian, excused and Mrs.
Borner, Chairwoman. Also present were Pat Di Leva, Code
Enforcement/Safety Director, Mark Karet, Directory of Planning &
Zoning and Sondra Meager-Pengov, Secretary.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mrs. Strong
presented.
moved to accepted the minutes of October 19, 1989 as
Seconded by Mrs. Cucanich. Motion carried 4-0.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Pat Di Leva, Code Enforcement Officer reported Case # 89-CC-95-
Florida Shores Partners Ltd. is 95 per cent complete.
SUBPOENA'S ISSUED - NOW IN COMPLIANCE:
Mr. Di Leva reported the following cases have come into
compl iance:
Case #89-CC-90 - Paul Loeffler- Working without occupational
license
Case #89-CC-93 - Charlotte Seckler - Body work not permitted
in residential area.
Case #89-CC-108 - Charles Clark - Vehicle with expired tag.
Case #89-CC-113 - Bobby Beach - Vehicle with expired tag.
NEW BUSINESS:
Mr. Di Leva reported the following cases that were issued
subpoena's have come into compliance within the past two weeks.
Case #89-CC-105 - Richard Stonecipher - Boat parked in front
of residence.

Case #89-CC-109 - Walter Gross - Boat in excess of twenty
six (26) feet, boat trailer in excess of
twenty six (26) feet.
Case #89-CC-110 - Teresa C. Rollins - Vehicle without
license plate.
Mr. Di Leva reported on one case that has not come into
compliance:
Case #89-CC-111 - Bill Mista - Swimming pool without fence.
Mr. Di Leva passed a picture of the pool to the Board. The
picture showed an above ground pool with no fence.
Mr. Kozlowski made a motion to give Mr. Mista until November
24, 1989, to correct the violation or a fine of two hundred
fifty dollars ($250.00) per day, retroactive to October
25, 1989, will be imposed. Seconded by Mrs. Borner. Motion
carried 4-0.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
There were no additional discussion items at this time.
CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS COMMENTS:
Mr. Di Leva had copies of Senate Bill 792 distributed to the
Board members and briefly reviewed the information therein.
AD30URNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the Board a motion
was made and accepted to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 7:23
p.m.
