CITIZENS CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
REGULAR MEETING
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 19, 1989
7:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER:
Chairwoman, Maureen Borner, called to order a regular meeting of
the Citizens Code Enforcement Board at 7:00 p.m., Thursday,
October 19, 1989, in the Community Center of City Hall.
ROLL CALL:
Members present were Mrs. Cucanich, Mr. Kozlowski, Mrs. Adle,
Mrs. Strong, Mr. Christian and Mrs. Borner, Chairwoman. Also
present were Pat Di Leva, Code Enforcement/Safety Director, Mark
Karet, Directory of Planning & Zoning, Paul Loeffler and Sondra
Meager-Pengov, Secretary. .
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Mrs. Adle

moved to accept the minutes of September 21, 1989 as
Seconded by Mrs. Strong. Motion CARRIED 6-0.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Case # 89-CC-90 Paul Loeffler, 1517 S. RidgewoodAvenue,
operating without an occupational license. Chapter 11, Sec. 11-2.
A motion was made and seconded to have Mr. Loeffler stop
operations until an occupational license is obtained.
NEW BUSINESS:
Mr. Di Leva read the following cases that were issued
subpoena's, but are now in compliancec
Cas~ # 89-CC-92, Nancy McCormick - Sec. 10-66
Case # 89-CC-93, Charlotte Seckler - Sec. 602.05
Case # 89-CC-97, Allan Worthington - Sec. 10-66
Case # 89-CC-103, Debbie Tafano - Sec. 10-66
Case # 89-CC-~5 - Florida Shores Partners Ltd. Yellow striping
of parking lot for public use. Violation of F.S. 316.0747
M.U.T.G.D.' 3-B-19.
Mr. Kozlowski made a motion to have another subpoena issued to
Florida Shores, Partners Ltd. by the Sheriff's Department as
delivery was unsuccessful by certified mail. Seconded by Ms.
Borner. Motion CARRIED 6-0.
ADJ'OURNMENT:
'There being no further business to come before the Board amotion
was made an~ ac~epted to adjourn. ~The meeting adjourned at 8:44
p.m.
