Please answer the following questions with definite information showing our maximum liability: 1. What will it cost to continue our condemnation suit to a final decision if our opponents take us through all the steps to the Supreme Court of Florida? 2. What are our prospects of eventually winning? Do we have an airtight case as we have been led to believe? 3. Is it true that the foundation of our case was undermined by political maneuvering and that we are now at a distinct disadvantage? 4. Is it true that it is estimated that our legal responsi- bility for the current year will reach $5,000.00 and that it is possible that the case will drag out for three more years? ). Is it true that recent events in connection with this project have been so discouraging that our attorney is con- fused as to what to do next? .~ ~ .Q r0 . -....: " ~7 ~~Put tJ.~ LW In~ ~/~ . ~ .
