Attorney French reperted that he had had no reply to his second letter regarding tho stater for the fire truck. I~. Bane Fire department chief reported that the starter had been delivered and was,~t that time, partially installed. - .4ttorney French re'Oortod that testimony in the condemnation suithad boon taken at Tallahassee and that a hearing nn the constitutionality of the act had been set for July 26th, 1948. - --' j ":: .
