Clerk read his cash statoment and budget report for the period June 1st, to
June 30th, 1948. Councilman Councilman Hussoy moved thso reports be accepted,
seoonded by Counoilman Fullor and by vote declared CAnRI~D.
Attorney French reperted that he had had no reply to his second letter
regarding tho stater for the fire truck. I~. Bane Fire department chief
reported that the starter had been delivered and was,~t that time, partially
installed. -
.4ttorney French re'Oortod that testimony in the condemnation suithad boon
taken at Tallahassee and that a hearing nn the constitutionality of the act
had been set for July 26th, 1948.
