Clork read his cash statement and budgot report for tho period Augnet 1st to
August 31st. 1948, Councilman Hussey movod these roports be accopted, seconded
by Councilman Fuller amd by voto declared Cl~IED.
M::tyor Lohman Reported that a numbl!Jr of stroot Ibghts were ou t of ord er, and ths t
he h:a.d reported this cond1 tion' to "Mayor Huffaker of New Smyrna Beach. Mayor
Huffaker said that repair parts for those lights were hard to get, and askod
permission to put goose neck lights in place of those out of order. Council
instructed the Clerk to inform the Mayor that they would b~ willing to have
these lights installed until such time as repair p~rts wore available.

ORDINMICE NO.158; AN ORDINllliCE REGULATING THE ERECTION ~lD lAAINTENlillCE OF SIGNS
IN THE 'l'ONN OF EDGEWATER, FLORIDA.
The above ordinance was read in full and passed by the unanimous vote of the
Town Council of the Town of Edgewater, Floridll. at a regular meeting on the
8th day of September, A. D. 1948.
Upon motion duly made, secondod a.nd unanir.1ouslY c!l.rried, the requirement of
reading said ordinance upon second reading w~s waived and the ordinance:was
ordered put upon final passage.
