READING OF MINUTES.
The minutes of the meeting of April 20th, 1943 were read, whereupon Gouncil-
man Stalnaker moved that they be approved as read, seconded by Councilman
Bailey and by vote declared CARRIED.

Gouncilman Bailey moved that these bills be approved, be paid and be made a
part of these minutes~ seconded by Councilman Stalnaker and by vote declared
CARRIED .
O~~ICERS REPORTS.
THe Glerk read his Finanical Reports for the month of April.

seconded by Councilman Stalnaker and by vote declared CARRIED.
fhe Glerk reported that Haro~d Stoutenburgh had ,under Contract to purchase,
bought Lot 15", Block B.Section 2, Highland Shores Sub. for the sam of '50.00
The Clerk reported having written Mrs. Emma C.Brady in accordance with the
instructions of Council. to clean her lots but that no answer had been
received.
J.S.Bates filed his time report for April 15th to 30th and Harry A.Moore
filed his time reports for April 1st to 30th.
Marshall Bates reported on license for Pine Breeze Gabins and Hog, Permit
Application for H.O.Kua1hoff.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
Counci1man Bailey moved that the EMMA C.BRADf property and the property of
E .H.F.ERLEY lots 1 and 2, Schmidt park Sub. be declared a nuisance and that
the same be posted, sceonded by Councilman Stalnaker and by vote declared
C~ED .
Mr. Moore reported that he had been requested by Mr. Goodman to haul away
some refuse shingles from the Hawks Park Glub.
Council advised that the Town would denote the Truck and driver if the Ulub
would supply the labor to load and unload.

NEW BUSINESS.
The Clerk reported an offer of $200.00 cash for Lots 4 and " Block 1
Harts Sub. After a discussion t~e following motion was offered.
I t was moved by Councilman Ba.i1.ey~_;.:;r. seconded by Councilman S1;a,1.niil4:er
'l'hat the Mayor and 01.erk be and they are hereby authorized to sign a
Deed for Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, Harts Sub. for a cash consideration of
$200.00. By vote the motion was declared OARRIED.
Councilman Bailey moved that we do now adjourn, seconded by Oouncilman
Stalnaker and by vote declared CARRIED. Time 8: 30 P.M.
