COMMUNICATIONS 1 ~. -1 i A letter was read from H. R. Judy containing a request to purchase certain lots in the Town. This request was declined. A motion was made by Councilman Southard and seconded by Mayor Councilman Stalnclcer that the Town Clerk be authorized to apply for the installation of a telephone on the same basis of the former Town Clerk's 'phone, and Attorney Gillcspi:e was authorized t9 take whatever steps were n~cessary to show a priority rating, in order to obtain this service. This motion CARRIED, by vote. llliW BUSINESS Councilman Southard has been instructed to write Mr. Hatch regarding shell on his property on the River Front. It was moved by Counci~~n Southard and seconded by Mayor Councilman Stalnwcer, that the Town accept approximately two _, yards of shell on the Brown property in exchange for two pine trees ~ on the street in front-of Mr. Brown's property on Wildwood Avenue.~ ~ There being no further business, Councilman Southard moved that the meeting adjourn.
