HELD BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF EDGEWATER,
AT V.I.A. HALL ON
OCTOBER 28th, 1941.
Meeting called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Kayor CounciLman F.R.Renwick.

Purpose of Meeting.
Mayor Renwick spoke on the purpose of the meeting and read the recommendation
of the Zoning Commission numbered one to ten Inclusive.
'l'he Clerk read the changes as recorded in the minutes of meeting of the Coun-
cil held on September 8th, 1941.
Attorney Gillespie explained the purpose and intent of Ordinance No. 86

Several Citzens spoke and discussed the matter of Zoning and requested in-
formation. Those who spoke were Mr. Rothe, Mrs. Dora Christenson, Mr. Blair
and E.A.Lambeck.
Attorney Gillespie advised that the proposed plan of Zoning had been sent to
the Federal Housing Administratian and to the South-Eastern Fire Underwritter
Association but that neither would approve or disapprove the plan.
The Meeting was adjourned at 8:50 P.M..
