The call for the meetings of the Hoard of Equalization was read in full. Councilman Stam~cer moved that the call be made a part of these minutes, seconded by Councilman Sputhard and by vote dem~ared uARRIED. A copy ~f the cal~ is attached. There being no property owners present the Ulerk read letters from the fol~owing in reference to valuations; Florida East Uoast Railway dated March 19, 1942. Model Land Co., dated January 24th, 1942. ~he Clerk reported receipt of ~ax Returns from the Hollowing; Gulf Oil Corporation, dated l~rch ?O, 1942. American Oil <.;orporation; dated March 20, 1942. American Telephone and Telegra.ph Uompany, dated March 25,1942. Southern Bel~ Telephone and telegraph Compa.ny,dated March 14~h ~ - . ..... '__'.:.A The Clerk presented the ~ax Assessment Roll for the Tax Year 1942 complete with the exception of the Valuations for the Railroads and Utilities which had not been received from the State Comptroller. The Board viewed the Roll and discussed various valuations. Gounci~~ Sta~1aker moved that we adjourn to meet on August 3rd, 1942 at the hour of 7:30 P.M. at the V.I.A.Hall, seconded by Councilman Southard and by vote declared CARRIED.
