There was a discussion of the Mobile Home Parks legal descriptions.
Mr. Woods suggested that the Board check with the tax assessor's office to
make sure our legal descriptions were accurate.
Mr. Siciliano said Mr. Shilling, a representative of Pyramid Park, had
appeared before the Zoning Board to ask if the park would add another
permanent building. The Zoning Board agreed, subject to MH-S classifica-
tion and that this probably should be added to legal description.
Mr. Woods said the Board needs to get Council approval for him to draw
up the Ordinance.
Mr. Mackie said this would be brought up at the Tuesday, August 7, 1979
regular meeting and a letter sent to the Council.
Mr. Woods said he wrote a letter to F.E.C. legal counsel, Mr. Charles
Evans in St. Augustine and requested information regarding whether or not
they would be receptive to allowing us to place a access road across
that May town Spur. and Mr. Evans wrote back and said that it had been
referred to the Vice President of the F.E.C. for investigation.
Mr. Siciliano said a letter would be sent to the Southeast Bank at the
request of the Industrial Board regarding the proposal to open up the 1-3
area.
The Board discussed the possibility of using Flagler Avenue as a possible
access for crossing the railroad. The Attorney will be orovided with a
map of the area.
The Attorney said that Lone Star would be easier to deal with than F.E.C.
The Board discussed rezoning the B-5 area from Park Avenue to Old County Rd.
and Pearl St. to B-3. It was suggested that the entire area be zoned B-3
rather than dividing properties.
The Board talked about used car lots having their cars too close to the
right of way. The Building Official should be notified.
Mr. Mackie asked the Board about adding auto repairs in B-2 zoning as a
permitted use. This will be put on the agenda for Tuesday night.
Mr. Wheeler made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Opal seconded the motion. The
motion CARRIED 4-0.
