Minutes of the previous meeting were approved on a motion made by
Mr. David Wiggins, Mr. Robert Taylor made the second.
An unsigned list of zoning violations were discussed by Paul Loeffler
and the board after he had inspected each. It is assumed appropriate
action will be taken.
Mr. Wolfe says Ordinance 581 permits no junk yard in Edgewater. A
discussion on the difference between salvage and junk ensued.
Mr. Wolfe presented plans of Mr. Frank Hall for a Wildwood Subdivision
proposed west of town. The land would have to be annexed. Forty-
five acres or 168 homesites are planned with the owner furnishing
sewer, water, paved streets and sidewalks. Houses require 1,000
sq feet of living space.
Two other groups have indicated their interest in subdividing in
adjacent areas.
A Motion was made by Robert Taylor, seconded by David Wiggins, that
we transmit to the City Council a statement that the Zoning Board
looks favorable upon the development of the Wildwood Subdivision
planned by Mr. Frank Hall for annexation. Motion carried 5-0
Next meeting will be May 10, 1977 Public Hearing on Mr. Talk's
