05-03-1977 o o Zoning Board Regular Meeting May 3, 1977 Chairman Robert Wolfe called the regular meeting of the Edgewater Zoning Board to order on May 3, 1977 at 7:30 P.M. in the Mayor's office. Gold Mr. Leo Turner Mr. eaul Loeffl er Mrs. Irene Mackie Mayor Armstrong Minutes of the previous meeting were approved on a motion made by Mr. David Wiggins, Mr. Robert Taylor made the second. An unsigned list of zoning violations were discussed by Paul Loeffler and the board after he had inspected each. It is assumed appropriate action will be taken. Mr. Wolfe says Ordinance 581 permits no junk yard in Edgewater. A discussion on the difference between salvage and junk ensued. Mr. Wolfe presented plans of Mr. Frank Hall for a Wildwood Subdivision proposed west of town. The land would have to be annexed. Forty- five acres or 168 homesites are planned with the owner furnishing sewer, water, paved streets and sidewalks. Houses require 1,000 sq feet of living space. Two other groups have indicated their interest in subdividing in adjacent areas. A Motion was made by Robert Taylor, seconded by David Wiggins, that we transmit to the City Council a statement that the Zoning Board looks favorable upon the development of the Wildwood Subdivision planned by Mr. Frank Hall for annexation. Motion carried 5-0 Next meeting will be May 10, 1977 Public Hearing on Mr. Talk's salvage yard. A special workshop meeting will be held May 17th with no agenda to work on Ordinance 880. Mr. Wiggins moved we motion. Bonnie Turner at 9:50 P.M. Mr. Taylor seconded the ADJOURN SJW
