01-18-1977 Special o Q ZONING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING JANUARY 18, 1977 Chairman Robert Wolfe called the Special Meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. January 18, 1977, in the Mayor's office. ROLL CALL Mr. Mackie Mrs. Turner Mr. Wiggins Mr. Taylor Mr. Wolfe Present Present Present Present Present GUESTS: Mr. Turner, Mr. Murphy, Mr. Loeffler, Mrs. Webber. Mr. H.R. Criswell, Mrs. Mackie, Mr. Wiggins moved we accept the minutes of the January 11th. Public Hearing. Mr. Mackie seconded the motion. Motion CARRIED. Guest, Mr. H.R. Criswell, was given time to explain his problem in adding a double car-port to his home at 108 E. Knapp St. Mr. Wolfe explained a 10% side set back of lot size frontage is adequate in non- conformi ng lots. Mr. Mackie moved that we accept the 8 foot set back and pass it on to the Council for their final approval. The motion CARRIED. unanimously. The Secretary was instructed to send a memo to the City COuncil to this effect. A lengthy discussion took place on home occupational fees and what types of shops would be acceptable to the City of Edgewater. On January 25th, City Attorney Gillespie is expected to meet with the Zoning Board at 7:30 P.M. in a special meeting in the Mayor's office.
