Special Meeting
November 23, 1976
The November 23, 1976, Special Meeting of the Edgewater Zoning Board
was called to order by Chairman Robert Wolfe at 7:36 P.M.

Mr. Wiggins moved and Mr. Mackie seconded the motion that the minutes
of the November 9th meeting be approved. Motion Carried.
Mr. Kenneth Robison was advised he should go to the Board of Adjustments
for a variance with regards to property at Valencia and Rio Vista in the
Highland subdivision.
After a lengthy discussion of Ordinance 940 and 942 Mr. Mackie made a
motion seconded by Mr. Wiggins, that Attorney Gillespie be allowed time
to contact Mr. Osee Fagin and researcHPur zoning problems further, motion
CARRIED.
With regards to B-3 Service Stations there was a discussion with the
Attorney the Ordinance 713 should be ammended to include Schedule D.
In a memo on Home Occupation Mr. Wolfe requested the City Council to
consider the attached Zoning Recommendation and instruct the City Attorney
to draw an Ordinance to that effect.
The secretary was also instructed to send a memo to Sue Blackwell that
from this day forth all zoning applications shall be submitted to the
Enforcement Officer (Building inspector) before going to the Zoning Board,
in accordance with the Ordinance.
The next meeting will be held December 7, 1976
