ZONING BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 20, 1976
A special meeting of the Edgewater Zoning Board was called to order by
the Chairman Robert Wolfe, at 7:30 P.M. in the Mayor's office September
20, 1976.

Minutes of the September 7, 1976 meeting were approved.
A discussion of the Reed property was held and the Secretary was instructed
to write them a letter stating that if they wish them to pursue the matter
further, it should be submitted to the Edgewater Board of Adjustments. The
reason being, their building plans don't conform with the existing zoning
laws.
Two memos were also to be sent: One to the Honorable Mayor Dana T. Armstrong
requesting that he have Attorney Judson Woods present at the October 5th
and October 7th Zoning Board Meeting at 7:30 P.M. The other memo, to
Attorney Judson Woods, requesting his presence at the October 5th and October
7th Zoning Board meeting, with the approval of the Honorable Mayor Dana T.
Armstrong.
A lengthy discussion on requirements for and violations of occupational
home license took place. Mr. Robert Taylor presented the board members
with a copy of violations taking place in Edgewater now.
A motion to adjourn was made by James Mackie and seconded by Robert Taylor.
Motion Carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
