REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 7, 1976
Chairman Robert Wolfe called the regular meeting of the Edgewater Zoning Board
to order at 7 :40 P.M. : I

was excused to complete his elections duties and entered
the meeting by 8:QO P.M.

is on file with the secretary.

Mr. John Blanken was allowed to present his ,Written material to the Zoning Board.
He intends to use this at a Public Hearing Qctober 7, 1976 which will be conducted
by the Zoning Board.
Chairman Wolfe then read pertinent portions of Ordinance 880 dealing with some
Occupations and requirements. At this time the meeting was opened for discussion.
It was determined that no license is required if a "Handyman" works alone. One
citizen complained the City sold him such a license to do yard work and since
then he has discovered men working without licenses allover town.

Chairman Wolfe read from Ordinance #766 Sectlon 2 which states, liThe City Council

It was moved by Robert Taylor, seconded by J~mes Mackie Jr., that the Zoning
Board will draft an ammendment to Zoning Ordinance #880 to handle Home Occupational
Licenses, The motion passed.

A Special Zoning Board Meeting will be held 9ctoLer 20, 1976 at 7:30 P.M. for
this purpose.
This meeting was adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
